Recently we took a few pictures of Fimma and Hetja. They have both been in very light training this summer, because we have been so busy building new fences.
Next winter we will have more than enough to do in our horse training because we have a rather big group of interesting youngsters, who are turning 4 and 5 years old next summer.

Fimma is a pure bred Hornafjörður bloodline mare. Her father, Skuggi frá Dynjanda, is also bred by Hanný.
Fimma is a very kind and fun fivegaited mare who is always improving. In this photoshoot Hanný tried her pace that has only been ridden 1 or 2 times before. It seems like they will not have to practice often before it will be very good.

Hetja on the other hand is pure bred from the Hindisvík bloodline. Her father is Glæsir frá Hindisvík, who has been giving very interesting offsprings.
Hetja is a fourgaited mare with very good basic gaits with a lot of suspensions in her trot, that in my opinion does not show well enough on those pictures. Unfortunately I had some problems with the focus on my camera, especially on one side of the oval track.
